Online ordering, delivery & returns

Standard delivery to UK and Northern Ireland addresses is free for all orders over £50 and just £2.95 (Royal Mail Second Class) for orders under £50. If you would prefer a speedier service, I can send items by Royal Mail First Class (1-2 working days) for £4.50 for orders under £50 and £1.50 for orders over £50.

 

Packages will be sent to you by either Royal Mail or Parcel Force, and may require a signature upon delivery. Where the products are already in stock, I aim to dispatch orders placed before midnight by the following working day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). Sometimes I may need to order products from the manufacturer, in which case I will email you to advise and provide an estimated date of dispatch.

 

As I am a sole trader, there will occasionally be times (such as holidays) when I am not available to process orders as quickly as I would like to. In such circumstances, I will place a notice on the Shop page of the Simply Skincare UK website.

DELIVERY

I’m sure that you’ll love your new product, but on the rare occasion that something isn’t right, I’m always keen to help resolve the issue.

 

Unwanted Products

Items which have been unopened, unused and are in their original packaging - with all tamper resistant packaging and cellophane intact - may be returned for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt. Please email me first to make return and refund arrangements.

 

Faulty or Damaged Products

If the package is visibly damaged on delivery, please tell the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign ‘received damaged’ and email me at debbie@simplyskincareuk.com with a photograph within 48 hours.  If your goods are received faulty and damaged once opened, please email me directly at debbie@simplyskincareuk.com with a photograph within 48 hours. In both of the above circumstances, I will arrange to exchange the product for you.

 

When making returns, pleae always make sure that you retain proof of postage for your records from the Post Office or your courier, as I cannot be held responsible for any returned items not reaching me.

RETURNS

Your order via this website constitutes an offer to us to buy the products you have selected. All orders are subject to availability and to acceptance. I reserve the right to refuse to accept an order. All communications will be addressed to the email address you supplied when making your order.

 

Once you have completed the order process, you will receive a confirmation email (from PayPal) that payment has been taken. Please note that this does not automatically constitute acceptance - I will contact you directly by email if for any reason I am unable to fulfil your order and to arrange a suitable alternative to the transaction. You will receive an email confirming dispatch of your goods, once they have been posted to you.  

 

This website uses a secure payment gateway provided by PayPal. Please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay for your goods, you may choose to use a debit or credit card.
